Dr Lemmer started working with his farther in the agricultural industries and supplied everything to do with flower farming, including fertilizers, pesticides packaging, etc. He left this industry after 3 years and started registering companies from home. Soon after that he worked for Old Mutual and later became an independent broker. During this time he started a MBA degree. Although this was a very difficult time in South Africa with economic meltdown and world economies suffering, he completed it and during this time Dr Lemmer bought several companies, including florist shops and a restaurant. He also assisted other companies in growing their market shares.

SA Business Consulting was also founded during this time. Dr Lemmer
also studied towards a B.Th. degree and started a small church called
Summit of God Ministries. In September 2015 Dr Lemmer finished his PhD in
Business Administration and became one of only a few people in South
Africa to qualify for this very prestige accolade.

Currently Dr Lemmer specialise in business restructuring and his
